Kristin leads Clarifai’s commercial business globally including sales, marketing, business development, customer success and support functions.
Clarifai is an artificial intelligence company that excels in visual recognition, solving real-world problems for businesses and developers via its powerful image and video recognition technology built on the most advanced machine learning systems and accessible via an API. Clarifai has been a market leader since winning the top five places in image classification at the ImageNet 2013 competition and is used by hundreds of brands such as Sony, Proctor and Gamble, OpenTable and Trivago.
Previously, Kristin was SVP of Global Sales and Services at Conversocial, an enterprise social media platform for customer experience, and a founding member of Sequoia and NEA backed Hearsay Social’s executive team, where she led the sales organisation and NY-based operations, helping financial services market, sell and prospect compliantly across social media channels.
She brings over 25 years of experience helping companies adopt new technologies through some of the biggest technology paradigm shifts including the internet/.com, search, social media and now, AI.
Kristin was also a Director and founding member of the Enterprise business at Google (now Google Cloud), where she spent seven years and built and led the Enterprise team in the Northeast region. She has also held sales, business development and management roles at industry-leading technology solutions companies such as BearingPoint, Virage (acquired by Autonomy/Hewlett Packard), Sun Microsystems, and NCR Corporation. Kristin holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Liberal Arts from Villanova University.
